Our trip to Indy...

This weekend we took our first road trip to Indy. Travis and I had tickets to see Kathy Griffin on Saturday, so we called up The Willet Family, told them we were invading their house and hit the road.

Saturday morning we headed out to the Children's Museum... and this should sum up Saturday...

Charlotte did GREAT in the baby's area, but I think it was a bit of a long day for her and sensory overload was in effect, so we had a meltdown. Luckily the Willett clan was understanding, having 2 little ones themselves.

Here we are before the meltdown

By the time we got home, we managed to get ourselves pulled together...

We had a great trip and we have to say a big THANK YOU to the Willett's for putting us up and for watching Charlotte while we were at the show. It was great to see Charlotte interact with other kids and visa versa. Besides the glitch at the museum, she handled being in a different house wonderfully and is now one pooped little kid.

We LOVED having the Little family visit. You are always welcome, but only if you let us keep Charlotte for a night. She is such a doll baby! Thanks for visiting and for the gifts for the girls---the bubbles are a huge hit!!
